What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a reporting, data, operations, compliance, or process-improvement role where I can use SQL, Power BI, data validation, and clear documentation to improve accuracy and operational decision-making.

I've supported large-scale operational data projects, including a multi-country African project, cleaning and loading data onto live systems while coordinating accuracy with in-country teams.

At Metronomic, I led a crisis task team to address outstanding payments, reviewed daily system reports, and escalated a systemic prepaid-meter billing fault. I also trained call centre teams, coordinated with IT, Finance, and Systems, and represented the company in tenant billing disputes.

My background spans reporting, compliance documentation, e-commerce operations, broadcast production, and multi-venue events. I use SQL, Power BI, Excel, data validation, and process-improvement methods to make operational information clear, traceable, and useful.
