What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a junior IT support or infrastructure role where I can solve issues fast, learn cloud platforms, and support reliable private-cloud and application services with a collaborative team.

I’m a Systems and Computing Engineering student with practical experience in technical support, software development, and IT infrastructure through academic and personal projects. I’m knowledgeable in Linux, Docker, databases, virtualization, and web applications, with a strong focus on fast, reliable problem-solving.

I’ve supported private cloud infrastructure by participating in the implementation and configuration of private cloud environments using OpenStack and Apache CloudStack, including creating and administering virtual machines, networks, and storage for testing and learning environments. I’ve also implemented and configured an IT management and help desk platform using GLPI, and built and deployed services with Docker (including Docker Compose) while developing a ticket management and event sales web platform with Spring Boot, MongoDB, and REST APIs.
