I’m a Project Specialist with a background in International Relations and Political Science, built on the mindset of continuously learning and evolving in my professional field. I bring a hands-on approach to supporting organizations through project management, partner/customer enablement, and clear coordination.

In my Project Specialist role at Zenzar Technologies, I help partners/customers with project management, conduct project planning and orientation meetings, and schedule projects while allocating resources to hit milestones. I also produce financial and complex reports, manage certifications and invoicing processes, and track performance metrics and targets—staying focused on resolution, multitasking, and a positive work environment.

Alongside project work, I’ve strengthened my analytical and client-facing skills through experience as a Content Moderator (ticket review, tagging, and meeting policy guidelines) and as a Sales Advisor (cold sales of premium motorcycles using CRM for customer contact). I’ve also developed practical data and communication capabilities through my Professional Internship at ANDI, where I worked on collection and analysis of big data, managed member databases, and created graphic pieces aligned with corporate branding—so I can translate complex information into actionable outputs.
