Juacira Rosa

I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in .NET desktop and cross-platform development and practical exposure to mainframe operations. I have developed projects using ASP.NET, Windows Forms, WPF, and .NET MAUI, and I maintain GitHub repositories showcasing my learning work.

I worked as a Junior Batch/Mainframe Operator supporting Santander Totta via INTEGER CONSULTING, where I managed Control-M jobs, monitored mainframe job states, and handled ServiceNow tickets and batch activations. I also performed SQL Server and MySQL-related tasks and routine AS400 day-end/day-start operations.

My technical training covers information systems, software engineering fundamentals, databases, networking, security, and a range of programming topics including C/C++, algorithmic and structured programming, and web client technologies. I studied at Vila Escola Secundária Alves Redol and completed technical education in Information Systems at CINEL.

I am organized, motivated, team-oriented, and immediately available to contribute. I seek to continue learning and growing in IT roles where I can apply .NET development, mainframe operations, SQL/database work, and problem-solving skills.
