At SED/SC, I teach English at E.E.B. Simão José Hess. I also taught English at Sesc Santa Catarina and as a self-employed teacher.
At Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, I completed doctoral research in English Language and Literature after a master's in Linguistic and Literary Studies.
I write and publish books and short fiction, with a particular interest in science fiction, speculative fiction, dystopian narratives, women’s authorship, and narratives of displacement.
I’m a founding member of Continuum Ficção Científica, a study group and reading club. I believe education and literature can foster transformation, critical thinking, and broader opportunities.
