What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-enabled creative operations, production workflows, and asset systems where better structure helps teams move faster while preserving creative judgment, quality, and control.

At See's Candies, I redesigned end-to-end studio production workflows to increase throughput 6–7x, reaching 68 shots per day with a five-person crew. I built the company’s first structured creative production and internal video workflows, spanning planning, production, review, delivery, archiving, and measurement.

I build practical operating systems for creative teams: workflow architecture, metadata governance, asset lifecycle standards, and AI-assisted tooling. I’ve shipped six internal applications using Python and AppleScript, while maintaining visible production routing and handoffs across more than 1,200 Monday.com items.

My work has also supported Apple, J.Crew, Madewell, HelloFresh, Design Within Reach, Elyse Walker, and Dolls Kill. I came up through photography and production, and I focus on finding normalized friction and replacing it with durable systems that help teams move faster without sacrificing creative judgment or control.
