I’m a results-driven HR professional with 4+ years of progressive experience across HR administration, recruitment support, employee relations, and training coordination. I keep HR records accurate, support compliance processes, and provide responsive service to employees and management.

In my current role as a Human Resource Assistant, I manage and maintain employee records for a workforce of 100+ staff, ensuring updates like performance reviews, benefits, leave balances, and personal data are complete and confidential. I process HR database updates and deliver 100% data accuracy.

I also act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. I coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for multiple open positions at once, and I assist with designing and delivering training programs, including workshop logistics and attendance tracking.

I’m currently advancing my Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, building toward stronger HR practice and people strategy. Previously, as a Human Resource Intern, I maintained HR databases, compiled payroll data for timely submissions, supported policy distribution, and helped plan company events and staff training; earlier, I supported operations as an Office Assistant by managing records, front-office communication, and payroll data entry.
