What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR role where I can support HR operations—employee records, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs in PeopleSoft/HRIS, and employee relations—while building leadership skills and adapting to dynamic HR practices.

I’m an aspiring Human Resource professional with passion in HR Generalist affairs, with +1 year of experience supporting the HR function. I manage employee records to comply with legal requirements, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and resolve employee concerns to foster open communication.

In my recent roles, I managed payroll inputs through PeopleSoft systems, assisted with facility communications (including article writing and employee meetings), and contributed to recruitment support by receiving applications and shortlisting. I’m driven to deliver high-quality work consistently, learn & unlearn to adapt to dynamic HR practices, and build high-level leadership skills.
