At Akuapem Rural Bank, I researched the market climate of Payroll loans and built business strategies that helped grow the payroll loan portfolio from Zero to GHS 1,800,000 in 2 years. I also originated, reviewed, processed, closed, and administered customer loan proposals, examining applications for approvals and denials.

I’ve consistently supported deal flow and underwriting readiness—closing an average of GHS 50,000 loans per month, submitting applications to underwriters for verification and recommendations, and assisting senior-level credit officers with complex requests.
