I’m looking for a People Experience/HR Business Partner role where I can align HR strategy with business goals, strengthen employee engagement and relations, and drive effective governance—bringing ISO 9001:2015 rigor and hands-on HR execution to measurable results.

I’m a CHRP®-certified Human Resources Business Partner with 8+ years of experience delivering end-to-end HR solutions across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. I also hold global certification in Communication Skills for Business and have experience as a Safe Space Ambassador and Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.

Most recently, I’ve served as People Experience Business Partner at TOA GLOBAL INC., where I build trusted relationships across all levels, manage end-to-end HR case loads (including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations), and provide timely, solution-oriented advice aligned with business needs. I lead and support HRBP projects and culture/engagement initiatives, and I ensure compliance with HR governance and regulatory requirements, including DOLE/DOH reporting.

Earlier, as HRAD Supervisor at INFINIVAN, INC., I implemented general HR programs covering staffing and employment processing, total rewards, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, and employee relations. I’m especially proud of resolving complex HR issues, strengthening workplace culture, and improving operational efficiency through strong HR governance and internal quality auditing.
