I've led business development work through competitor and pricing analysis, supplier and distributor collaboration, and client relationship management to support market expansion and long-term growth.

I independently built Data Cabinets Pricing Analytics and Benchmarking for Illuminer Systems, compiling multi-country pricing data and using R for exploratory, statistical, and predictive analysis. My multiple linear regression model achieved 82.6% R² and 24.7% MAPE, supported by Tableau dashboards for competitor benchmarking, pricing efficiency, and market segmentation.

I've also developed a Python house-price prediction application using a Random Forest Regressor, GridSearchCV, and Streamlit for real-time inference.

In customer analytics, I built an RFM segmentation model for 4,300+ customers, identifying churn-risk and high-value groups to support targeted marketing, retention, and customer lifetime value opportunities. I combine B2B sales, market research, and data analysis to make commercial decisions more data-driven.
