I am a data analyst with hands-on experience building dashboards, maintaining data quality, and delivering business-facing reports for key accounts. I combine SQL and Python fundamentals with office automation skills to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

At my current role I built Alibaba Cloud overseas key account dashboards, developed revenue and spend forecast models, tracked international account pipelines, and monitored GAAP data to identify anomalies and drive improvements. I also refined data metrics, improved governance, and collaborated with upstream and downstream teams to close the loop on data issues.

Previously I supported system access and user-permission projects, performing quarterly reviews, configuring systems, writing process manuals, and ensuring secure, compliant production deployments. I communicate effectively in multilingual environments and prioritize reliability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
