What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a mission-driven team where I can grow grant-funded programs, strengthen compliance and reporting, and use data to expand emergency, housing, or poverty-reduction services with measurable outcomes.

I’m a Director of Service Programs who leads the strategic expansion of emergency human services, growing crisis intervention capacity and increasing direct and operational support. I build and supervise multidisciplinary teams, design de-escalation and poverty-reduction programs, and use data tracking and reporting to improve access to stabilizing resources.

Earlier in my career, I delivered HUD-funded housing case management, completed eligibility assessments and crisis triage, and strengthened federal reporting through compliance audits. I’ve also supported legal operations as a legal assistant and managed traumatic brain injury case management with a strong focus on continuity of care, advocacy, and CARF-accredited standards.
