Directed two residential behavioral health programs for 14 clients with a 24-person multidisciplinary team, delivering trauma-informed transitional care. Achieved a 2.3-year average length of stay and maintained 100% compliance with state licensing and quality standards through audits, documentation oversight, and corrective actions.

Provided intensive community-based case management and wraparound support for individuals with severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders, housing instability, and crisis needs. Developed person-centered plans, conducted home visits and crisis interventions, and improved engagement while reducing hospitalizations.

Managed child welfare/permanency cases and high-volume intakes, advocating for families and children and coordinating timely service referrals. Ensured compliance with referral and case requirements in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Founded and launched a New Hampshire adult community residential program, securing and managing $2.34M contracts for 13 clients. Scaled staffing from 1 to 60 employees in 10 months and expanded to four certified/licensed homes, passing all state inspections for full two-year certification.

Delivered case management and special education services for clients with severe TBI, developmental disabilities, and neurobehavioral needs in a rehab/educational setting. Collaborated with state agencies, educators, and families to build transitional programs and provided in-home support, behavior plans, and crisis management for safe reintegration.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus in addiction counseling.

Completed additional master’s-level coursework in accounting, business management, economics, and ethics.
