What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle role where I can reconcile payments, resolve billing issues, support accurate reporting, and help train teams.

At Trinity Industries, I manage monthly logistics billing for third-party leasing and maintenance customers, reconcile invoices, apply daily payments, and resolve customer discrepancies.

Previously at BayMark Health Services, I managed electronic commercial billing for six clinics, analyzed EOBs and reports, corrected denials and claim rejections, and trained new billing employees. I also helped identify a portion of $5M in unreconciled revenue.
