What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a part-time remote position in customer service or technical support.

I supported U.S. accounts for Amazon at Alorica, Walmart at ITEL, Santander Bank USA at KM2 Solutions, and MSC at 24/7 Intouch. My work included resolving customer issues, providing multichannel support, managing financial accounts and compliance, and following up on shipments.
