I'm building stronger customer experiences at Helpware for Hungryroot, resolving email, SMS, and live-chat support through Zendesk while sustaining high one-touch resolution, CSAT, and QA results. I also manage Hungryroot's member-only Facebook Community Group and social channels, where I support members, enforce guidelines, and represent the brand publicly.

Previously at Avantive Solutions, I ranked in the top three of 120 service agents for 10 consecutive months, booking 800+ appointments monthly. I trained new hires on call flow, objection handling, and KPIs, helping them reach top performance within two months.

Alongside customer operations, I lead a 5,000+ member distributed building community at Builders Academy, setting priorities, managing budgets, standardizing processes, and supporting staff development. At Campfire Studios, I built a Python-based Discord ticketing system integrated with Notion and Google Docs that handled 200+ tickets and quadrupled monthly project throughput.

My approach is simple: acknowledge, educate, reset expectations, and support. I bring that same systems mindset to retention, engagement, performance coaching, automation, and team operations.
