What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on IT or operations roles where I can apply systems engineering, network/Cloud administration, and data analysis to improve processes and deliver reliable technical solutions in collaborative teams.

I am a Systems Engineer with over twenty years of international experience across IT, software development, systems administration, and marine seismic navigation. I hold a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Politécnico Santiago Mariño and complementary training from Kingsway College (England).

My recent roles include IT Support Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services providing worldwide support on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure, and Data Processor at Instituto Nacional de Estadística where I filtered survey data and prepared statistical reports. I have hands-on experience in networking, server administration, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, and scripting with PowerShell and Python.

I have operational and managerial experience from roles such as Operations Manager and Project Manager, leading logistics, procurement, quality supervision, process optimization, and IT project delivery. I also performed offshore marine seismic navigator duties with responsibilities in DGPS/Trinav navigation, streamer maintenance, pinger calibration, and deck operations.

I am proactive, a team player, and a self-learner with a broad technical skill set including web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Django), databases (SQL, Neo4j, Cassandra), and various IT tools (Azure, Microsoft 365, Git, Zabbix). I seek roles where I can apply my combined IT and operational experience to improve systems, processes, and project outcomes.
