Previously, as a Case Manager at Covenant Youth Empowerment, I developed care plans, evaluated treatment outcomes, coordinated multidisciplinary services, and ensured documentation met Medicaid and internal audit standards. I also verified eligibility with insurance payers and advocated for mental health services while following utilization review protocols.

At Logisticare Circulations and State Farm, I supported high-volume client needs by verifying insurance coverage, documenting service and transportation needs, interpreting policies, and managing records for audits and claims.

I've also applied industrial and organizational psychology training through a consultation project with Hearts to Nourish Hope, analyzing operational challenges and delivering recommendations related to product development, workplace environment, hiring, training, motivation, and employee satisfaction.
