What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting behavioral health care through utilization review, authorization, care coordination, discharge planning, and client advocacy while completing my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree.

I'm currently securing inpatient admission authorizations at CorroHealth, coordinating with social work teams on discharge support, and documenting authorization activity in VICC and EPIC.

Across Medusind, Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital, Oasis Behavioral Health, and Southwest Behavioral and Health Services, I've completed concurrent and retrospective reviews, CONS/RONS, authorizations, claims, and billing support for psychiatric inpatient, detox, RTC, IOP, PHP, and GOP care.

I've worked closely with BHMPs, payors, social work teams, and clinics to justify treatment, support timely processing, and help clients transition safely back into their communities.

My background also includes behavioral health technician, care coordination, and school-based clinical prevention work with adults experiencing behavioral health, addiction, and substance-use needs. I'm pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
