What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead payment and card operations where I can strengthen settlement controls, network compliance, dispute management, analytics, and cross-functional process improvement.

I lead Cards Operations at BLOM BANK, overseeing fraud and consumer-dispute claims, daily issuing and merchant settlement, and end-to-end transaction balancing.

I audit Visa and Mastercard invoices, investigate settlement discrepancies with IT, and deploy new network mandates through updated processing parameters and reconciliation controls. I also lead the Reconciliation & Reporting Analytics team on high-volume matching, break investigations, and executive dashboards.

Across roles at BLOM BANK since 2008, I've built experience in card financial control, merchant settlement, reconciliation, dispute management, merchant onboarding, and retail banking workflow improvement.

I'm focused on audit-ready procedures that protect cardholder assets, strengthen compliance, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and improve unit economics.
