At Amplia Communications ltd., I worked as a Directory Assistant, storing and managing data and providing data to customers. As a Customer Service Representative, I registered customers, troubleshot WiFi and cable problems, resolved financial issues, and restored services.
At P.S.C.U. Credit Union, I was a Trainee handling hard-copy and soft-copy file management, data management, help desk tasks, and reception. I studied Mathematics with a Computer Science minor at UWI St. Augustine and completed Coursera's Google Certificate Crash Course Python and The Foundations of Cyber Security.
