At USIC, I manage more than 200 utility locate technicians, a 200-plus vehicle fleet, and 10 to 15 supervisors across eastern Virginia and North Carolina. I oversee daily operations, weekly P&L reporting, and EHS standards in a partially remote environment.
I previously supported Rowan County Emergency Services as a Lieutenant, Hostage Negotiator, and Telecommunicator, handling emergency 911 calls for fire, police, and EMS while supervising 10 to 15 telecommunicators. I received Employee of the Quarter recognition and numerous lifesaving awards.
My operations background also includes Mueller Towing, where I managed schedules, drivers, service technicians, quarterly P&L reports, and AAA account communication. I bring nearly 20 years of experience leading teams in high-pressure, safety-focused environments.
