@joshuavincitorio
I’m a BHP/ED Tech III delivering autism-focused 1:1 support to improve academic, communication, and daily-life skills.
What I'm looking for
I currently work as a BHP/ED Tech III, providing 1 on 1 specially designed direct service to children aged 3-10 with Autism diagnoses. My focus is improving academic, communication, and daily living skills through structured, individualized support. I also actively participate in staff meetings, department meetings, and department head meetings to stay aligned and continuously improve my approach.
I bring a leadership-and-discipline mindset from coaching and officiating soccer, where I coordinated with coaches, administrators, and parents, enforced rules, and ensured safety while fostering teamwork, good morale, and self-confidence. I also contribute to UMF Rehab Services as a Research Assistant and Grant Writing Assistant, and I’ve served in leadership roles within my campus Rehab Club. I’m motivated by building self-discipline and acceptable social behavior—on and off the field—while collaborating with others to create effective, self-created instructional materials.
