Facilitated group therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults in PHP and IOP settings, utilizing DBT, CBT, mindfulness, art, and music therapy techniques. Supported client growth in emotional regulation, social skills, and healthy coping mechanisms while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
