What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to further support students' emotional and behavioral needs while collaborating with educational teams to foster a positive learning environment.

As a passionate Behavior Interventionist, I have dedicated my career to supporting students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. With experience in various educational settings, I have honed my skills in de-escalation strategies and relationship-building to create a safe and nurturing environment for all students. My work at Horce Porter School and Norwich Public Schools has allowed me to collaborate with administration and social workers to implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.

In addition to my role as an interventionist, I have a strong background in sports medicine and education, having taught subjects such as Anatomy and Sports Psychology. My experience as a Gymnastics Coach further emphasizes my commitment to fostering positive relationships with students and their families, ensuring their safety while developing their skills. I am also certified in various physical management techniques, which enhances my ability to support students in crisis situations.
