I’m a Program Director known for operations oversight, open communication, and creating collaborative environments. I manage competing priorities, meet stringent deadlines, and provide detailed progress reports to senior management.

I support strategic planning and execution of critical fundraising initiatives while staying on top of day-to-day financial and inventory needs. I’ve processed member transactions (retail sales and membership renewals) and handled procurement, receiving, and weekly restocking of essential supplies.

Currently, I’m also building hands-on trade skills as a Plumber Apprentice by assisting journeymen with fabrication and using tools like drill pressing, chop saws, sheer machines, and metal banding. I’m punctual, consistently communicate with my team, and focus on accomplishing daily production goals.
