I'm looking to continue leading recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, with opportunities to improve hiring workflows, support compliance, partner with managers, and deliver a strong candidate and employee experience.

I've led full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for Centers for Opportunity, the United States Institute of Peace, Iridium, and federal government clients. I coordinate hiring workflows, employee documentation, compliance support, performance reviews, training, and separations while handling sensitive information with discretion.

At the United States Institute of Peace, I managed the RFP process and stakeholder adoption for a new Greenhouse applicant tracking system, trained hiring managers and senior leadership, and supported a target fill time of fewer than 90 days. My recruiting work includes sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer negotiation, compensation insights, and partnerships with higher education institutions.
