What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can use my café operations, customer service, staff management, and training experience while continuing my Bachelor of Business in Digital Business.

I've worked across Café 77, Agora Cafe, Domino’s Pizza, Foundation Bar and Restaurant, and Totara Springs Christian Center, supporting customers, café operations, and kitchen service.

At Agora Cafe, I managed staff, handled cash, opened and closed the store, created rosters, addressed customer complaints, and trained new staff in food safety. I also wrote policies and procedures and delivered training.

At Café 77, I worked front of house, ran the cashier, waited tables, backed up the chef, cooked meals, and made coffee, tea, and iced drinks. As a Rockwall Instructor at Community View, I supervised climbing activities using automatic belaying machines while supporting café service during quiet periods.

I'm studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Digital Business at the University of Waikato, after initially studying computer science with an interest in cybersecurity.
