I seek a senior hospitality operations role where I can lead food safety, staff development, large-scale catering and continuous improvement in a collaborative, community-focused organisation.

I am a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of international and New Zealand experience managing large-scale food operations, catering teams and residential services. I hold formal qualifications in hospitality management and specialized certifications including LCQ and ServSafe Manager.

My career spans executive chef roles, operations management in remote and high-security environments, and current leadership as Residence Head of Operations for Oranga Tamariki. I have led teams of up to 160 staff, managed procurement and budgets, and overseen HACCP, ISO and site-specific Food Control Plans.

I take pride in delivering consistent food safety, quality and cost control while designing menus and large-scale events for 200–3,000 pax. I have driven continuous improvement projects, national purchasing initiatives and staff development programs to raise operational standards and performance.
