What I'm looking for
I’m a result driven, resourceful, flexible, organized and adaptable professional currently working as a Customer Service Agent at Ignite Energy Access (May 2024 to date). I receive incoming calls, educate customers about the finance agreements they sign, and ensure patient resolution of issues—while entering accurate and honest information into company data systems to capture high quality, clear data.
Previously, I served as Sales Manager at Mal Technologies limited (2018–2023), where I prepared daily and monthly incomes/expenses, conducted stock checkings, supported loan application processes and customer relationship management, and ensured clients met deadlines through telecommunication and SMS reminders. I also managed customer care complaints, handled day to day banking, negotiated prices, and verified legal currencies to avoid fake notes; earlier, I worked as a Sociologist Internee at the Ministry of Water and Environment (2016), contributing to community mobilization, training-of-trainers activities, report writing, and entering water data into the water information system.
