I am a telecommunication technician with hands-on experience managing network operations, incident response, and field service coordination across HFC and FTTH environments. I bring practical expertise from roles supporting large-scale telecom infrastructure and restoring services under SLA pressure.

At Vodafone (Jan 2021 - Oct 2025) I managed network operations and supported incident response, resolving critical security and availability incidents and using network monitoring and management tools. Previously at Olisipo (2019 - 2020) I supported network operations and maintenance and coordinated field technician interventions to restore services.

I hold a Master D in Computer Systems and Networks (2023 - 2025) and completed certifications including Ethical Hacking Essentials (EHE) and Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2013. My technical strengths include systems management (Windows & Linux), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and basic programming in Java, C++ and HTML.
