What I'm looking for

I'm focused on advancing into Network Engineering, Network Security, or Cloud Engineering, combining hands-on telecommunications operations experience with continuous technical learning.

I'm currently supporting DIGI/NOWO's Network Operations Center, continuously monitoring telecommunications networks and services in critical environments.

I detect, analyze, and escalate incidents, troubleshoot network faults and service disruptions, and monitor KPIs to help maintain network availability and continuity. I coordinate with technical teams to investigate and resolve incidents while supporting reliable day-to-day operations.

Previously, I supported telecommunications modernization and RAN installation projects at CME, working with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. With a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and CCNA certification, I'm building toward Network Engineering, Security, and Cloud Engineering.
