What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to grow into a broader Windows systems support role while continuing to provide exceptional end-user support and contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives.

At Palmetto Infusion Services, I provide Tier 1–2 support across a multi-site environment, troubleshooting Windows 10/11 endpoints and Microsoft 365. I also support endpoint deployment and configuration, Intune-managed devices, and user access.

I lead the IT portion of New Employee Orientation, training new hires on Microsoft 365, secure login procedures, and device use. Previously, I provided remote technical support at Patriot Software and on-site support for business clients at Loffler Companies.
