I’m an Automotive Subject Matter Expert with 9+ years of Ford dealership experience, focused on advanced diagnostics, electrical systems, drivability, and powertrain repair. I specialize in translating complex automotive systems into clear technical explanations backed by accurate diagnostic work.

In my current role as a Used Vehicle Technician at Doggett Ford, I diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, powertrain, brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, and network communication concerns. I perform module programming with IDS/FDRS, interpret wiring diagrams and OEM service information, verify repairs through testing, and produce precise diagnostic documentation.

Previously, I served as a Warranty Administrator, where I reviewed repair claims, validated diagnostic information, interpreted warranty coverage, ensured policy compliance, and documented technical findings consistently. I also worked as an Automotive Service Advisor, converting technical diagnoses into customer-friendly explanations and coordinating repairs between technicians and customers.
