At Acrisure LLC, I delivered Office 365 cloud services and migration work across Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and OneDrive for Business. I also created Microsoft Graph API automation for user provisioning, licensing, reporting, and Microsoft 365 administration.

At Federal Signal, I migrated mailboxes and Microsoft 365 groups using Quest and BitTitan, and configured identity management and Conditional Access. I also implemented a passive Azure AD Connect server for high availability.
