I currently work as an L3 Escalation Engineer at an MSP, resolving critical incidents, leading implementations, and delivering advanced support for multiple organizations.
I provide Tier 3 support for multiple clients with hybrid Microsoft 365 environments. I implement and administer Intune, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Google Workspace, while managing identity, email, and device posture across environments.
