I specialize in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Exchange/Microsoft 365, backup & disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.

In recent roles, I achieved 99.9% infrastructure availability, reduced incident resolution time by streamlining Tier III troubleshooting, and strengthened security through patch management and server hardening.
