In my current role, I’ve reduced mean time to detect (MTTD) for infrastructure anomalies by over 50% by architecting monitoring pipelines with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL-driven dashboards, and Microsoft Sentinel. I also enforce a Zero Trust identity perimeter across hybrid environments for 500+ identities using Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, and RBAC/least-privilege controls through Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD Connect.

I maintain 99.9% platform availability across client SLAs by leading L2/L3 incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-change validation cycles—reducing repeat incident volume by 40–50% through structured runbooks. I harden Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu Server, Kali) by implementing iptables/ufw rulesets, secure SSH configurations, and automated patch cadences to eliminate critical misconfigurations in quarterly audits.

I also automate to reduce friction for teams and users—cutting average Microsoft 365 onboarding time from days to under 4 hours with PowerShell bulk provisioning and standardized tenant configuration templates across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. My project work reflects the same goal: deliver high-availability migrations, stable identity integration, and measurable security outcomes, including migrations for 500+ and deployments for 1,000+ users.
