At Panorama Jets, I oversee IT operations to keep technology services running through predictive, preventive, and corrective actions that reduce downtime.
Before moving into operations management, I coordinated and resolved IT requests and incidents at Panorama Jets while meeting service-level expectations for internal and external users.
I’ve also supported DSL, fiber, and mobile-service incidents at OPITEL, including device configuration and case escalation. My earlier work includes network monitoring, voice and data service support, and network deployments.
I bring hands-on experience in incident management, systems administration, network troubleshooting, workstation installation, and IT infrastructure continuity. I’m trained in information networks and hold cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and IT service certifications.

Supervisar el buen funcionamiento de los servicios de infraestructura tecnológica mediante acciones predictivas, preventivas y correctivas que minimicen el tiempo de inactividad por fallos para mantener la continuidad de los servicios de TI.
Coordinar, gestionar y solucionar solicitudes e incidentes informáticos cumpliendo con los niveles de servicios para lograr la satisfacción de los clientes internos/externos y velar por el funcionamiento de los recursos de TI cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos.
Gestionar la resolución temprana de incidentes relacionados a servicios DSL, Fibra y Móvil. Manejo y configuración de dispositivos, escalar casos al área correspondiente.
Monitoreo de la red, resolución de incidencias, configuración de equipos y aseguramiento del correcto funcionamiento de los servicios de voz y datos.
Asistir en el despliegue de nuevas redes, instalación de cableado estructurado.
Habilidades en la resolución de problemas de red.
Configuración de sistemas operativos, reparación de equipos imformaticos e instalación de estaciones de trabajo.
