What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute bioinformatics and tumor immunology expertise to a dynamic, research-driven team focused on disease mechanisms, multi-omics analysis, and therapeutic strategies.

At the Institute of Biotechnology, Czech Academy of Sciences, I implement scRNA-seq processing pipelines and study purine metabolic crosstalk in the tumor microenvironment using mouse genetic models.

I curate omics-analysis and integration pipelines, build an internal cell-type annotation atlas, and develop purine synthesis-deficient mouse models and tumor cell lines to understand how cancer therapy affects tumor microenvironments.

Previously at Charles University, I established bulk RNA-seq and lipidomics methods and led transcriptomic and lipidomic studies of disrupted lipid homeostasis in humanized NR1I3 mice. I'm motivated by applying computational methods to disease mechanisms and therapeutic strategies, and I enjoy contributing to collaborative, cross-disciplinary research teams.
