What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, reproducible drug-discovery systems that connect automation, AI-assisted design, liquid handling, analytical chemistry, and high-quality data analysis.

I'm advancing automated, miniaturized, and accelerated drug discovery as a PhD student at the Czech Advanced Technology and Research Institute, connecting liquid handling, high-throughput experimentation, analytical chemistry, and data analysis into reproducible workflows.

Previously, I modeled protein-RNA complexes at Bayer using Rosetta and OpenMM, and developed computational drug-design experience at the University of Groningen and Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II through molecular dynamics, docking, virtual screening, and small-molecule inhibitor synthesis. I see automation, AI, and cheminformatics as enabling layers for smarter experimental science and higher-quality chemical data.
