Message

At SOTIO Biotech a.s., I led analytical strategy and execution for biologics and ADC candidate-selection and IND-enabling workstreams. I designed and led developability, stability, and forced-degradation studies, and implemented standardized methods, SOPs, and automated DAR/DOL analysis.

At the Institute of Microbiology CAS and the University of South Bohemia, I led protein research and analytical workflows, as well as five externally funded academic R&D projects. My work has contributed to 48 publications and four patents, and I’ve lectured and supervised B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. students.
