I am a proactive and communicative data science modeller with extensive experience in developing and implementing machine learning models. Currently, I lead the transformation of my department from SAS to Python at Raiffeisenbank, where I also coordinate various teams to enhance our modelling methodologies. My role involves not only technical development but also mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, ensuring that our projects align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multiple projects, including the flagship Supermodels web application, which simplifies the modelling process for our department. My educational background in mathematics and physics from Charles University has equipped me with a strong foundation in probability, statistical analysis, and econometrics, which I apply in my daily work. I am passionate about leveraging advanced machine learning techniques to drive innovation and efficiency within my team.
