I'm building AI systems that span molecular generation, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM tooling.
At Dlubal Software, I created a RAG system for an internal assistant using semantic search, graph databases, and MCP servers. I deployed it across Hetzner Cloud and local servers.
As a Research Scientist at ČVUT, I developed a system for generating small molecules from tandem mass spectra using discrete diffusion models.
I'm pursuing a Master's in Bioinformatics at Charles University, following a Bachelor's in Artificial Intelligence focused on diffusion models, cheminformatics, and visual explanation methods for detection and classification.
