What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver clear Spanish/English communication and excellent customer service, collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments while using strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking to support clients effectively.

I interpret two languages, English to Spanish and Spanish to English, to ensure both consumers and providers have a clear understanding across many different medical departments. I focus on excellent customer service while communicating accurately in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

I’ve also built a strong service and operations foundation through VIP hospitality work, handling hotel room reservations, managing VIP guest arrivals, and keeping guests information updated and accurate in a high call volume setting. I collaborate across departments and rely on Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel while multitasking to meet guest needs efficiently.

Beyond interpretation, I bring leadership and attention to detail from supervising photo production at Studio1, where I oversee inventory systems for photographic supplies and evaluate team members’ performance by reviewing their work. I’ve trained baristas, processed payments and financial transactions as a teller, and supported safe, clean food service as a cafeteria worker—so I’m comfortable switching between people-facing roles and dependable behind-the-scenes execution.
