What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international remote role where I can resolve technical and customer issues, support B2B clients, use CRM and IT service tools, and contribute reliable operations across multicultural teams.

I've supported international B2B and B2C clients across Panama, North America, and Latin America for more than 20 years, combining remote technical troubleshooting with client relationship management.

At Best Servicers of America, I handled more than 120 daily calls and service requests, resolved technical and operational issues through Breeze and CRM On Dispatch, and escalated complex tickets while meeting SLA requirements. At Talentmovers / Dreamfinders, I coordinated housing, transport, onboarding, payroll registrations, and communication between field staff, administration, and vendors.

Through Chopitech Soluciones Tecnológicas, I've led post-sales support, installations, security-system and network maintenance, and structured-cabling projects for corporate accounts.
