At Torre.ai, I’ve shaped product roadmaps and personally designed, prototyped, and implemented product changes, reporting directly to the CEO. I prioritized and executed the platform’s redesign from dark to light theme using Claude Code, Figma, and Storybooks, delivering it 8x faster than estimated.
I co-designed the architecture of Emma, Torre’s AI agent, including prompt engineering, JSON function calling, a RAG knowledge base, and a multi-agent system using LangChain. I later owned its performance metrics and iterated on prompts, and continued to evolve its roadmap with AI-led candidate interviews and continuous learning of user preferences.
Earlier at Torre.ai, I owned the research roadmap and worked on the technical skills assessment system and B2B service design. My background also includes recruiting and process coordination at Torre.ai, operations coordination at ESAGEL | Executive Education, and administrative work at INAEM | Business Consulting.
