What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity where I can support an establishment’s successful operation and use my skills and knowledge to provide quality, efficient customer service to a diverse demographic.

At Progressive, I handled customer data entry involving sensitive PII and took appropriate steps to protect it. I also planned my daily work to meet deadlines while supporting customers in a fast-paced remote environment.

At Austin International Airport, I led ramp crews and helped manage flight operations, including loading and unloading customer property while following safety procedures. I’m currently attending the Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist Program at College of Health Care Professions.
