I’m seeking a role where I can combine financial modeling and valuation with real estate market analysis, client support, and program coordination—open to remote work, and focused on integrity, organization, and measurable impact.

I’m a Program Financial Modeling & Valuation Coordinator focused on turning real estate market insight into practical decisions. In my current role with The Re-Church Project Inc., I designed and led inclusive ESOL and community programs while coordinating volunteers, schedules, and outreach.

I bring a strong client-support mindset from my experience as a Client Support Representative at Sports Warehouse Inc. I handle inquiries promptly, resolve issues effectively, maintain accurate documentation, and support buyer and seller representation across residential and commercial real estate—improving the client experience through professionalism, organization, and consistent follow-through.

Earlier, I led group and private swim instruction at Forsyth County YMCA while maintaining a zero-incident safety record, coordinating schedules, and coaching students to progress through personalized instruction. Backed by my Finance B.B.A. coursework and active real estate licensure, I’m energized by roles that combine analysis, communication, and execution.
